Regarding low energy level
I am a normal person. Taking routinely diet such as curd,chapati,salad, fruits and milk but then also i not feel energetic in whole day , may i add best milk powder for keep energetic?suggest me best milk powder??

Hi Are you under stress, because stress affects your metabolism. So try to destress your self by doing yoga and meditation. Go out for walk for at least 30-40 minutes. Take 4 soaked almonds 1 soaked walnut and 8-10 black raisins soaked at night, first thing in the morning. Keep yourself hydrated.

Gud evening pls share your detail food habits from morning breakfast till dinner with timing, r u doing full body check up or not atleast on 3 to 6months gaps or not, then if extra protein pwd needed I feel then I will suggest after that.
