Vitamin c present in amla
I want to know that vitamin c present in amla is destroyed when come to us after so many processes like cold storage etc. Because on cold storage it the levels of vitamin c reduces but I want to know if it is true in case of indian Gooseberry then at how much % and at how much period it will start loosing..it's just a scientific question.

Not that much difference, Can use amla juice or u can choose alternative options for vitc..lemon also, natural instant source.oranges, mosambi, grapes, tomato..so many.
