Hi Dear Do your mom has any of digestive issues? Like Acidity, gastritis, GERD, dyspepsia, IBS, IBD or any other? With my experience of 40 years in Nutrition Industry, I have times out: Acidity: 1 month Gastritis: max 2 months GERD: 3-4 months etc. all totally reversable with diet Therapy IBS / IBD / Dyspepsia or any other severe condition can be reversed upto 80% within 6 months. Thus the quality of life can be improved and burden of the disease can be minimised. These diseases are the result of prolonged too much abusing our digestive system.
Next Steps
The person should consult first. We have to see underlying conditions like stress levels, some other diseases, strong or continued medicines for a long period of time, or Nutrients deficiencies or some other reason, and treat that first - of course with diet Therapy... I am writing book also on this...
