Is coconut a fat increasing food?
I am non-Keralaite living in Kerala, need to eat parboiled red Matta rice with sambar and Avial, etc.
Will this increase tummy size? And add weight?
My physical activity i.e. excercise due to work schedule is not that good
Any malayali dietician? Could help on this?
