Have weakness because of fever

Hi Make sure that u r eating well and also have nutrient dense and high protein meals like egg, chicken soup if u eat non veg Or else u can have veg soup and paneer. Also make sure u take  2-3 fruits per day. Have good quantity of water.

Gud evening try to have a healthy balanced diet to recover weekness. Add on anti oxidant rich foods like garlic, ginger, cinnamon, green vegs, leafy vegs, citrus fruits like orange, lemon etc into your daily diet. Try to have immunity boosting kadha like tulsi cinnamon pwd n ginger mix kadha one to two times in a day.
