Before 5-6 I was admitted in hospital due to dengu fever with report
Dengu NS1 positive
Dengu IgM negative
Dengu lgG Negative
But sometimes headache is happening from starting of fever to during & now after the treatment of dengu fever, fever has gone before 6-7 days & I have been discharged from hospital since 4-5 days
but headache still happening & also acidity, please tell best advice & medicine for this types of headache, no relief from this till now?

For your severe headache after dengue , focus on immediate medical review is absent ; take paracetamol only , avoid ibuprofen/ aspirin, stay extremely hydrated ( water , ORS , juices ) , rest, nutrients rich foods, and monitor for warning signs like abdominal pain , persistent vomiting , or bleeding, as post -dengue headaches can trigger but need urgent care if severe or accompanied by other symptoms
