She has been feeling very weak for the last few weeks. She is not feeling hungry and is eating very little. Her sleep cycle is disturbed, and she is unable to sleep until late at night. I had taken TT vaccine doses according to the schedule on 11/08/2025, 05/11/2025, and 13/03/2026. I did not know that the proper time gaps should be maintained according to the 0, 1 month, and 6 months schedule. Instead, I followed gaps of approximately 0, 3 months, and 4 months. Now my question is: How would this affect my antibody titre level? How long is the protection likely to last? Also, if I get cut by a metal object now and every day lifestyle, should I take another TT dose, or can I avoid taking TT for the next 1–2 years? (I do not remember whether I completed the full TT vaccination course during childhood.)

Hi , So my brother has a ring worm infection in his groin area later it spread to thighs he did proper treatment by consulting doc on practo the doc gave me three medicines 1. Zoderm E cream  ,2. Zimig 250 , 3. Dazit , all for 3 weeks ... Initially the itching had gone and he left the course of Zimig 250 ... But continued to apply the cream...itching came back but the ring worm completely disappeared...now it has come in his underarms both the sides... He too uses ABZORB powder at night in the infected areas ... He changed his soap to Dove serum bar but the infection is spreading I think... He exercises a lot so sweat is there but then takes a bath for that ... His body hair is also dense ... Please suggest... Are the soap , medicines ok ???

Hello Doctor, 2 months ago, my test results were: Serum Homocysteine: 63.6 µmol/L LDL Cholesterol: 148 mg/dL As advised by a doctor, I took Folic Acid tablets for 2 months. Recent test results: Serum Homocysteine: 25.33 µmol/L LDL Cholesterol: 153 mg/dL Vitamin B12: 283 pg/mL Vitamin D (25-OH): 46.4 nmol/L Could you please review these results and advise: What treatment or supplements should I take now? Do I need any further tests or follow-up?

My free t4 is coming 0.90 or 0.85 always and tsh always 1 or 1.2 or 1.4 or 0.88 but my bmr is only 900 kcal I gain 1 kg bw in 2 days not any other symptoms like cold intolerance but very much easy weight gain can u help in diagnosing

My smallest toenail has white growth under it. It is painless but the nail is slowly coming off the nail bed. What could it possibly be? I don't wear closed shoes and I haven't had any injury.
