I have fully completed all 5 doses of the ARV (rabies) vaccine in January( 0,3,7,14,28) Seven days after completing the vaccine course, today I was bitten again. Do I need a booster dose or not?

I am a 26-year-old male having recurrent episodes of neurological-type symptoms: • right-sided heaviness/“weakness” feeling (hand and foot more noticeable) • dizziness/light-headedness • mild head pressure There is no objective weakness — I can lift my arm and leg, walk normally, walk on heels/toes, grip objects, and do fine finger movements. Strength and coordination appear normal, but the right side feels achy/heavy. These episodes do not start suddenly like a stroke and usually last for several hours. History: • 2024: similar episode → CT brain normal • March 2025: severe episode → MRI brain normal • Symptom-free for months, now symptoms have returned since yesterday Plz guide why this happens

Last 7 Jan a little street puppy bite me in foot's toe, but there is not any wound or blood and not even skin broke (No Khroch)But i feel little pain in there,& puupy aldo died, so someone told me to take the ARV 4 dose, I have started it on 12th day, But after the 2nd dose i continuously feel numbness in my forearm, hand and lower leg and feet, that's why i didn't go for 3rd dose of vaccine. Kya koi Neurological Side effect ho sakta hai? There is lot of stories on the internet. I'm very tensed

I m having cold and cough on and off for a month. Doctor prescribed Doxolin 200, pantaprazole, Cleair tablets and lupituss syrup. Now I m having fever. Can I take paracetamol along with these medicines

Firstly thank you for the response. It's actually for I was having acne from last 5-7 years . I was having some active acne still and post acne marks too. I tried many creams adapalene, azelic, salicylic acid like almost all  which is a Pharma creams only but still no use. It was still the same. Now I wanted to try the laser treatment suggest me the best laser that works for this case. And also is the laser really work . I want to have some permanent solution.

Hello, I live in an area which is street dog infested. I visit my farmhouse where also street dog population is high, foxes and bats are also present. Last year in June, 5 puppies played with me and some bit me lightly on both my hands and left feet. As there was no bleeding, I didn't consult a doctor but I did go to my local medical store and got all 5 doses of Rabivax S. I developed very high fever after completing my vaccine but got better after 8 days. Now, this year in January 20, at my farmhouse I was walking past a dog and it made a scared noise and rushed away from me, close to my right leg. I didn't feel a single touch on my right leg. I was also wearing thick track pants at that time. After an hour my right leg started itching. I itched a lot and came home and checked my leg but didn't see anything. 3/4 days later, I saw these wound as shown in the picture. To me it looks I did it due to scratching. But worried as rabies is 100% fatal. It's 5 months 23 days since last dose.

I am having some discomfort in the anus area since the past few days and there is also bleeding and increased discomfort in the area while using the toilet. Bleeding only occurs when using the toilet and there is more discomfort when using the toilet. If has been around for a few days now What does it look like? What is the likely cause behind it? I am unable to sleep as I am feeling anxious. Should I take melatonin and sleep? Also is it ok to have at 3.40am
