I am 24 , a student. I always feel sluggish after breakfast. I can't focus , I get Brainfog. I had a blood test 4 months ago and was deficient in vit D , since then I have been taking vit D (60K per week) . I don't think I have any other micronutrient deficiency as I take multivitamin too , 2-3 times a week. I suspect it to be my oatmeal breakfast. It's oats+ milk+raisin, could it be the reason?

I had dry cough for about 2 months and for the past 4 days, I feel pain in chest during deep breathing or coughing. Initially the pain was from the left bone in my back and a portion of the chest. Only certain points in the chest would pain when I apply pressure like a muscle strain. After 3 days I feel the pain in gradually becoming local after applying heat pad . With the change in the position I feel better. There is some amount of weakness in my left palm. Am I just panicking ?? Should I just give it sometime and take rest? Kindly advice
