Aapke symptoms ko ignore nahi karna chahiye. Mild walking par breathlessness aur bina activity ke sweating ke multiple causes ho sakte hain, jaise anaemia, thyroid problem, chest infection/asthma ya anxiety. Proper evaluation ke baad hi exact cause pata chalega.
Next Steps
Please ek physician se in-person consultation karwayein. CBC/Hb, thyroid profile, blood sugar aur oxygen saturation jaise basic tests useful rahenge. Doctor examination ke according ECG ya chest evaluation bhi advise kar sakte hain.
Health Tips
Filhaal heavy exercise avoid karein aur adequate rest aur hydration rakhein. Agar breathlessness rapidly badhe, chest pain, fainting, severe weakness ya lips/face bluish hone lage to immediately emergency care lein.

Breathlessness on mild walking with sweating even while sitting in AC, going on for a week, should not be ignored at 25. The commonest reasons I see are anaemia (very common in young women), thyroid problem, a chest infection or asthma, and sometimes anxiety or panic attacks. Occasionally it is cardiac, so a basic check is better than guessing.
Next Steps
Please get CBC, TSH, blood sugar, chest X-ray and ECG - these usually give the answer. Go to a hospital right away if you get chest pain, breathlessness at rest, palpitations with giddiness or bluish lips. Show the reports to a physician in person, or send them to me on teleconsult and I will explain what is going on.
