I got scratch from cat 6 months ago i take full vaccine course that time... recently i scratch by a dog and doctor told me to take 2 intradermal injection day 0 and day3 i take again  for reassurance I again take one intramascular injection in day 08 is it cancel previous vaccine or I am safe i m really worried does intradermal and this intramascular vaccine both work or cancel for taking this last intramascular injection plzz help

I have too much pain in the upper abdomen radiating towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver. I do have reoccurrence of hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient completed my sleeve gastrectomy in the year 2020. Bcoz of the GERD complexity I have got ineffective esophageal motility also in manometry. Doctor suggested me for a roux en y gastric bypass as options are limited for me with a long term PPI use which is presently not functioning on me. But suddenly from past two weeks I have severe stomach pain radiating towards the back and getting sticky stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG whole abdomen and they found infiltration of Pancreas where they couldn't see the tail as it was obscured by bowel gas. Please suggest as stomach is in bad pain which is getting difficult to manage.

Hi , I tested my thyroid profile at 12pm and got a resulted 4.65 . Is it a correct reflection or the time of test has reduced my TSH ? Does it significantly affect my TSH ? What's the best time I should get it done ?
