So my gynec told me to take blood test...I am feeling weak and severe hair loss.. my hb level is 12.5 Rbc-4.5 Serum iron -82 Total iron binding capacity -378 Unsaturated iron binding capacity -296 Tranferrin saturation -21 My ferritin level -35 Vitamin D-17 Should I need to take iron supplement because my ferritin is low... previously it was 82

My triglycerides are 170 does any medicine needed for this from past six  months it stay between 170-175

Recently I have gone through lot of stress due to health anxiety . I have to undergo surgery for my gallstones ,whenever I think of surgery my anxiety and heartbeat increases . I have hospital anxiety too in hospital my bp goes 130-140/ 90 and pulse also increases to 115-120bpm. I started checking in house when iam little relaxed my bp comes 108-118/75-88 . Previously when I check at home my diastolic is below 80 but now don't do to anxiety or lack of sleep it increased.Iam unable to sleep due to anxiety.seeing little high diastolic value makes me even more anxiety while bp checking .What should I do for this doctor please tell me.should I consult doctor for my anxiety or use bp medicine for 75-88 diastolic pressure
