I got vitamin b12 151 and d 22.56  during normal health tests. Also my tsh came around 8.565 I already started taking mecobalamin 1500 mcg daily and d3 60000IU weekly. Is it a matter of concern.

Hi I noticed light red urine not seemingly coz of blood  urine today. My water intake is 3ltra approx. I have been having beet juice since last 2 days in morning My prolactin was quite high 148 and doctor advised to get retest done which I'll be doing this weekend. Also I am suffering from kidney stone which if of 6mm size Are all these issues related. Not sure what is happening to me lately. Can someone help with a way forward.

Hi, my GP prescribed me Golbi 300 once ever since then i m severely constipated I m also on thyronorm but never had this issue. I took ishabgol too but incase i forget i get no movement the next day. So, he said golbi once isnt sufficient he upped the dose to twice daily and added livoluk but my reports werent that bad. I never had any issue before, i eat clean balanced diet with good amount of veggies and protein. I m attaching my report. I dont know what else to do, i used to poop everyday now i have to strain yet i feel full.

Hi Since last 6 months I have been having blood in stool and also abdominal cramp that comes and goes Have done this test and the result is there Could somebody please tell me whether I have IBD or its just piles and my anixety and ibs

Is 28 vitamin d considered low for 26 year old male? I've got these weird symptoms like I feel tired. I'm not able to do much activity sometimes, and my body also pains at different points. Had some investigations done all good, but vitamins were missed. - B12 is around 400 and D is around 28 Report says that it is low normal, but I want to know, practically if these values are responsible for my symptoms- no thyroid, uric acid, lft, cbc, sugar all ok

Actually by mistake I overdosed dilo dx syrup which was meant to be take 7.5 ml at once but hy mistake I took 15 ml. It contain 4mg of chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromorphan bromide 10mg.

Hello Doctor, Since Friday, after around 12 noon, whenever I eat or drink something, I experience mild abdominal pain along with diarrhea. Since 8 June, I have been eating only boiled food and have avoided fried and spicy foods. Current medicines: Bio D3 XT, Folinz, Evaquest Softgel, Ursetor 450. I have started consuming these medicines from Friday.

I am 49 years old. Everyone in my family had a viral fever, and I think I caught it from them. However, I feel feverish internally, but my body temperature does not seem high from the outside. The soles of my feet remain warm, and I have persistent body aches. I have been taking paracetamol twice a day for the last four days, but I am not getting any relief. It has been about 4–5 days now.

I only sleep 3 to 4 hours from past 2 months .I used to  do rotational shifts earlier but I was completely fine as I was getting 7 to 8 hours sleep but suddenly no sleep , my body is tired but my mind is alert

I had taken gas tablet DSR yesterday morning.but due to severe gas by mistakenly i had taken it a night also...is there any problem as by mistakenly i took it?
