M/20. Timeline: Since 2020, after repeated COVID infections through 2021, symptoms progressively worsened. Presenting Complaints: Pain: 1. Widespread musculoskeletal pain (diagnosed Fibromyalgia). 2. Muscle fatigue with lactic/acidic sensation and soreness. 3. Burning, tingling, and sharp pains (diagnosed Small Fiber Neuropathy). 4. Headaches and migraines. 5. Flu symptoms all the time : 6. Severe vestibular issues. 7. Autonomic dysfunction (dizziness, orthostatic intolerance)( confirmed through AFT) . 8. Post-exertional malaise . 9. Excessive drowsiness. Other: On the hypermobility spectrum.  Bedbound; unable to move or attend college due to pain and fatigue. Mental Health: Normal Sleep: Normal.

My husband of 44 yrs experiences dizziness right after food very often. It's been going on for years . He takes Amlodipine 2.5 mg when his Blood pressure is High. ( It's been only few months that he started taking Amlodipine). And his Blood pressure fluctuates alot. He's not alcoholic but takes Khaini Tobacco. Sometimes his blood pressure will be low 105/68 And when it's high it goes above 140/90 Can I please know why his blood pressure fluctuates and why he suffers extreme Dizziness after meal.

Sever chills with fever for past 3 years, even in hot summer day i feel chills and shivering in my chest and whole body, when consulted Physician, prescribed Monocef O cv for 5 days, took it completely and my condition improved, when stopped taking medicine the condition again starts chills and shivering starts again. Cough is also present when coughing white in color.

I'm 18 year old female , I have been suffering from severe brain fog , upper neck tension , neck stiffness , pressure around the eyes ( feel the need to put pressure on them always , especially when doing some work like studying) , excessive throbbing of arteries around the temple region and the head in general , feeling unusually slow and having difficulty doing normal every tasks like driving, I get adequate sleep every night but still have very sleepy eyes( it's hard to keep them open even for a little while at times ) , caffeine doesn't help any of these symptoms but exercise does , I have consulted more then 5-6 doctors in the past year I have had my blood tested many times , I have no deficiency of any sort , I have even tried getting help from chatgpt and it helped me right this summary down .
