Flu

I feel exhausted and tired everytime even after full sleep and I feel losing interest in everything. I frequently find myself overthinking and panicking over small situations. I have started avoiding people and running away from situations. I'm not able to focus on anything and always feel like just laying on the bed. I don't find motivation anywhere. Basically I'm not able to stay active and pursue things I want to do .

So I have been facing weird pain and bloating in my bladder area. Everytime I want to urinate there is a slight pain. What should I do?

My dad (70y) with 5 stent in heart, recently faced low pulse rate of 45 to 50,we went to cardiologist,he said that he had food infection as he also used to have vomit, he admitted for 3 days, cardiologist given these 2 medicine for pulse rate, orcibest 10mg, Deriphyilinne retard 300mg 3 times a day But when he take 3 times a day, he faced vomit and 1 time breathing problem, but when he take 2 times a day his pulse rate become 65-70, So what's the normal pulse rate for him with these medicine, should he take 3 times a day for 20 days as doctor mentioned,

Had a flu 2 weeks ago. Symptoms such as fever, cold and sore throat have stopped. But I feel very lethargic and absolutely no appetite. My daily workouts have stopped as I still have very mild body ache. And because I cannot eat my usual protein rich diet, I am not exerting myself a lot too. I understand this is common when recovering from the flu but its very frustrating and daily life is not the same. Any advice how to speed up recovery please?
