I want to ask whether in diet can I add yellow and Red capacum with beetroot carrot and mix with curd it's helps or not for weight loss because I have gastritis so how can I reduce gastritis??I don't want to eat any medicine

I have too much pain in the upper abdomen radiating towards the back and causing me lot of discomfort and sufferance from past two weeks. I am having severe GERD with esophagitis grade B and fatty liver. I do have reoccurrence of hiatus hernia. I am a Bariatric patient completed my sleeve gastrectomy in the year 2020. Bcoz of the GERD complexity I have got ineffective esophageal motility also in manometry. Doctor suggested me for a roux en y gastric bypass as options are limited for me with a long term PPI use which is presently not functioning on me. But suddenly from past two weeks I have severe stomach pain radiating towards the back and getting sticky stool which is not going easily from the WC. Yesterday I did USG whole abdomen and they found infiltration of Pancreas where they couldn't see the tail as it was obscured by bowel gas. Please suggest as stomach is in bad pain which is getting difficult to manage.

“Doctor, I completed my full rabies vaccination schedule recently. Yesterday night, while I was running in a dark place where bats usually fly, I suddenly felt a very tiny thing fall inside my mouth for a few seconds. I spat it out immediately. It did not bite me, did not scratch me, and I did not feel wings or pain. I am only worried whether it could have been a small insect that a bat dropped or something that fell from above and mixed with bat  saliva. There was no wound, no bleeding, and no bite sensation. I want to know if this situation needs any further treatment since I have already taken the full vaccine.”i can't focus on 10th board

I was diagnosed with Chicken Pox around 24th December and it has been 2 weeks. My rashes are all gone and scrabbed off. Fever is also gone. By for last few days, I feel very lethargic, my hands and toes are ice cold, and I have a persistent very mild headache. I feel cold all the time even in a 24/25 degree temperature, can not bare the wind even for a minute.

My nurse spilled my indirab anti  rabbies vaccine from the injection during my 2nd  dose.I know a little is spilled to remove air but she spilled atleast 4-5 drops by mistake.I was given 0.5ml  can This be a problem as The vaccine may loose the minimum iu needed for it to work.can I need repeat ?

Hi Doctor Getting stomach pain like not on upper stomach but not on lower part in middle feeling like burning sometimes and pain and also sensation of getting motion but not getting actually when I go to washroom iam not on my period and no other symptoms but have taken breakfast for 5days outside. Now want to relive pain can you please suggest a medication and thinking it's gastric and I do gas gastric issue usually won't resolve by syrup. TIA

I have already taken 2 prophylactic doses of rabivax and still have 3 to be taken. What is the treatment if my 50 day puppy unexposed unvaccinated for anti rabies yet bites me by mistake but there is no wound..would the prophylactic vaccine still be effective if continued as per schedule or should there be a different line of treatment?
