So i have completed my intramuscular 5 dose of vaccine today ( 18 .2.26) after approx 9 days of taking day 14th vaccine I noticed a red red mark on my hand so my question is if a dog has bitten me or scratched me do i need to again start the full course or just the last day is enough I am uploading a photo of that mark kindly plss see it and tell me do i need to start the vaccine again ( I am not sured of any dog or cat has scratched me or bitten me ) kindly plss look at the picture and tell me what should I do next

I complete 4 id rabies vaccine on august 2025 and another 4 on 20 nov 2025 ... on i take 2 booster 17th feb2026  (day0) and another is on 20 feb 2026 but on 18th feb today a dog scratch with one drop of blood on leg . Will i go for another vaccine  or rig ?

I taking 75mcg past 3 months still LASTEST REPORTS SHOWING TSH 5 Value can I increase it to 100mcg or 75 countinue?

Hi, This is Nisha Tripathi, 1. I feel tired every time. I am also not gaining weight although I am having a good diet. 2. Since the last few days I have been feeling urination very frequently even though I am not taking much liquid as well. 3. Also having a very extreme  hair fall. The diet I am taking is curry leaves an empty stomach ,  after doing yoga i have amla+beetroots+carrot  juice in the morning after bath I take all soaked nuts and seeds  banana shake. And A simple and healthy meal 3 times a day.
