Feeling pain in under feets calves and sometimes hunger sometimes urine with burning sensation eating but feel nothing mood off like feelings i checked yesterday my sugar level is 77 rbs after 230 hours of eating and hb1ac 4.9 also month earlier i checked by fasting insulin is 4.17 what is this pain off mood changes

Your sugars are on lower side. Are you taking any medicines? Sudden increase or decrease in sugars both can cause pain in feet and calves. Reduction in arterial blood supply or venous congestion can cause too. Burning sensation in urine can be due to urine infection. There are multiple issues associated. The information that you have provided is not enough to come to conclusion and give treatment.

Get Haemoglobin vit d and b12 checked,  share results. Adopt a healthy life style. Take tab zerodol sp one every 8hours for 5days for legs pain, tab neurokine one morning and one evening for 2 weeks.Tab evion 400mg one morning and one evening for 2 weeks.

Looking at your symptoms I would suggest you get you vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels checked because a deficiency of these vitamins can present as the symptoms you are facing.

Check your vitB12 and vit D mg and urine routines.sugar and insulin adr ok Any symptoms like tremor sweating or increased heart beats if so check your sugar at that time
