Feet burning
Doctor, for the past some time my feet have become very sensitive and I feel a burning sensation in them. Even mild cold causes pain in my feet. Also, the skin on my feet has become thinner and more sensitive. Why is this happening? What could be the reason?

Burning in your feet along with thinner, more sensitive skin is unusual at your age. This needs a cause found, not just symptom relief.
Next Steps
Please get your blood sugar, vitamin B12, and thyroid checked as a starting point.
Health Tips
Please avoid very hot water or heating pads on your feet until this sensitivity pattern is properly assessed.

Thank you for writing. Burning with increased sensitivity of feet at 22 usually points to a small nerve problem - commonly B12 or vitamin D deficiency, sometimes thyroid or high sugar. Thin sensitive skin can also come from fungal infection or too much hot water washing. Not something dangerous, but it needs blood tests to know the cause.
Next Steps
Get CBC, B12, vitamin D, TSH and fasting sugar/HbA1c done. Meanwhile avoid very hot water, use cotton socks, moisturise feet at night.
