Can have several causes, post viral nerve irritation or vitamin deficiencies.
Since it's been for 2 weeks, an evaluation with basic blood tests would help identify the cause and guide treatment.
Burning sensation in palm & feet is aften a sign of peripheral nerve irritation ( Neuropathy)..

Go for investigation including Diabetes and find the cause.

Most likely its due to b12 and d3 deficiency. Go for these tests and start supplements ,if tests show deficiency, if no deficiency then proceed for further evaluation.
