Burning or heating in both feet for two weeks can come from nerve irritation, vitamin deficiency, diabetes, thyroid issues or footwear/skin causes.
Avoid prolonged standing, tight shoes and hot-water soaking; keep the feet cool and inspect the skin for redness, swelling or wounds.
A physician may check fasting glucose/HbA1c, vitamin B12, thyroid and neurological examination based on findings.
Please book an appointment if it persists; seek urgent care for weakness, spreading numbness, severe swelling, colour change or an infected wound.
Likely post-viral neuropathy, but B12 deficiency, diabetes and thyroid disorders should be ruled out.
Rx:
Tab Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once daily after food.
Adequate hydration and avoid alcohol.
Check CBC, HbA1c, Vitamin B12, TSH and Vitamin D.
Next Steps
You may consult me on Practo with your reports for detailed evaluation and treatment.
Health Tips
If burning worsens or there is numbness/weakness, consult a doctor for neurological examination.

Can have several causes, post viral nerve irritation or vitamin deficiencies.
Since it's been for 2 weeks, an evaluation with basic blood tests would help identify the cause and guide treatment.

If using tobacco in any form stop it.
Burning sensation in palm & feet is aften a sign of peripheral nerve irritation ( Neuropathy)..

Problem ( Hypothyroidism)..
Go for investigation including Diabetes and find the cause.

Most likely its due to b12 and d3 deficiency. Go for these tests and start supplements ,if tests show deficiency, if no deficiency then proceed for further evaluation.
This might be occurring due to post viral neuralgia which is normal and may persist for few days to weeks .
Or you might have some vitamin deficiencies - vit B12
