Feet heating in summer
In every summer there is a lot of heat I feel in my feet at night especially its irritating I am not under any medication and do not have any problem till now like bp sugar thyroid etc. What should I change in my daily routine to make it less irritating

Deficiency of b5 vitamin.  Need medication.  Also known as burning feet syndrome.  Start Taking Tab Pantothenic acid 500mg od ×10 days every month for 3 consecutive months.  If more issues text me.  All the very best Take care

Hi dear it happens with some people so what u can do is before going to bed put ur foot in water and then sleep . Otherwise it's better to check ur vitamin b12 and sugar levels and thyroid levels as well as an imbalance in those can also lead to feeling hot . Kindly consult in case of further query Take care

Could be a symptoms of  peripheral neuopathy ,if u r a  vegetarian by dietary choice ,then vitamin B12 deficiency is most likely ..
