Burning and tingling sensation in soles and plams could be from B12 deficiency. Check serum B12 levels . Or else it Could be from nerve compression in spinal cord.
Muscle twitches could be from dehydration. As medicos we sit and read for long duration and don't drink much water.
Regarding DVT, It typically presents as a persistent, throbbing ache or cramp-like pain in only one leg, accompanied by visible swelling, redness, and the skin feeling warm to the touch.
While doing medicine and internship, it's common to compare symptoms that we learn with our body. So don't think much. It can't be DVT.

Feel free to consult me for further assistance.
Based on the information and photos, DVT cannot be
confirmed or ruled out from images alone, and the areas you have marked do not by themselves suggest a blood clot. Since your pain has been present for a long time, changes location, and is not associated with obvious swelling or redness, it is less suggestive of DVT, but an examination is still important. I recommend consulting a General Physician or Neurologist for a detailed evaluation. Your doctor may advise CBC, blood sugar (HbA1c), vitamin B12, vitamin D, thyroid profile (TSH), electrolytes, and nerve conduction studies if required. If calf pain becomes persistent or is associated with one-sided leg swelling, redness, warmth, severe tenderness, chest pain, or sudden shortness of breath, you should go to the emergency department immediately, as these symptoms need urgent assessment. In the meantime, maintain good posture while studying, take regular breaks every 30-60 minutes, do stretching exercises, stay well hydrated, and follow your
doctor's advice regarding further evaluation and treatment.
