Since the past few days, I've been experiencing tingling and a weird sensation of some sort of blood flow in the right side of my temple and then sometimes in the middle and back of my head. Some time nerves show up prominently and I'm not sure why. Would love any sort of help possible.

A new one-sided tingling or unusual blood-flow sensation in the head can come from nerve irritation, migraine, neck strain or anxiety, but it deserves an assessment rather than guessing.
Go to emergency care immediately if there is facial droop, weakness/numbness of an arm or leg, speech or vision change, severe sudden headache, fainting or confusion. Otherwise check BP and avoid neck manipulation and excess caffeine.
Please book a Practo consult with me or visit Synergy Miraj for an examination and further tests if needed.
Tingling on one side of the scalp with a pulsing sensation is usually nerve or blood vessel related at the surface, not something dangerous, but it's outside what I can assess without an exam.
Next Steps
A neurologist visit would help identify whether this needs any workup at all.
