Tingling sensation in right side of head

Hi , From past 2-3 weeks, I have a weird sensation in the right side of head. It feels like something is moving inside. No pain or headache. But I feel somewhat in my head like tingling and also in my right ear I feel sudden movement. Why is this happening?
