A uric acid of 6.6 mg/dL is within the upper normal range and is unlikely to be causing your foot and heel pain on its own. Heel pain during walking is more commonly due to plantar fasciitis â inflammation of the tissue on the sole of the foot â which is very common and unrelated to uric acid at this level.
Next Steps
Wear supportive footwear with cushioned soles, do calf stretches daily, and avoid walking barefoot on hard floors. See a doctor if pain persists. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
