Good evng dr Today i started walk after 3 years n walked for 1.1 hour, however my lifestyle is sedentary ,when i came back home n removed shoe there was so much pain in my feet base near heel part which caused too much  difficulty, however i felt no pain while walk. If i wear shoes then pain is very less and in chapals it becomes terrible. What is it n how to get out of it as i dont want to skip my morning walk

Use sports shoes for walk. Probably you walked after a long that cause lactic acidosis pain. Wash your foot with lukewarm water.

The pain could be due to cracked heels or due to raised uric acid. Please get your uric acid levels checked

Probably the. chappals have a hard sole which is putting pressure on your feet. Try chappals with shock absorption. Or can continue with shoes
