A physical consultation will be worthwhile. There are some problems associated with these symptoms but they can't be evaluated without a physical examination.

Your description of the heel pain points to Plantar fasciitis,an inflammation of the Plantar fascia, typically worse at the beginning of the day.If the pain is mild start doing the foot streching exercises, roll your affected foot over a glass bottle ,take OTC pain killer and use soft heels support in your foot wear.Moderate to severe pain needs physiotherapy including ultrasonic initially and shockwave therapy under the supervision of a orthopedist.
