Unable to walk
Hi, From last few weeks, my father is unable to walk due to some muscle pain in the ankle joint. We get the vitamin D3 and it’s quite low (11) and he is dietetic too. We get that diagnose as well and it’s 183. He is just taking vitamin D tablets (starting taking from last week) along with his usual sugar tablets and seen no progress. Please suggest

It could be a ankle sprain and it could be due to diabetes You can take some anti inflammatory medications with food for 3 days Rest ice compression elevation Rest i need the full history to help you out so you can consult me online thanks

Hello dear good evening. I am glad to see your concern for father health . Before advicing any thing it is better to talk  with patients is good.  so that the Doctor can decide what could be the reason. And what treatment is suitable for patients. In addition your father I think aged and having diabetic.
