Keep the feet ankle deep in warm salt water for half an hour twice daily. Take tablet Zerodol-P twice daily after meals. If no relief after 15 days of the above said treatment, Injection Kenecort 40 mg diluted in 2 ml of 2 percent xylocaine to be injected in the heel once in a week for 4 weeks.

Hello mam. Heel pain is a common problem, it can be caused by mechanical factors like ill fitting shoes as well as due to nerve problem. A detailed evaluation will be required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Need to know the reason for ur heel pain...
Could be a simple cracked heel , plantar fascitis, bony overgrowth or neuropathy...
Just need to check what it is to relieve it...
Avoiding walk will not cure pain..
