I experiences Heel pain and acute back pain on the right part of the body on regular basis . Can you suggests on remedy

Hello.. Well there are few things which I would like to know like are you overweight..Are you having the habit of putting more pressure on right side..Then one more thing is not using the right foot wear..I would suggest you to meet a doctor in person...Thank you
