Sudden pain in chest and feet heel
He is taking very tention due to his business so having these symtoms as mentioned of sudden pain in chest and feet heel and when i checkdd his bp was 150/104 so please suggest something . by the way his bp is temporary hasnt got bp problem before .

That might be because of stress.Take him to the nearby hospital for the ECG.

Record bp at least 3 days,avoid stress ,strain & anxiety ,change ur behave do regula excercise ,walk even after these if found 140/100 than start antihypertensive
