High Tri glycerides
In my recent blood report my tri glyceride value comes around 280 which is quite high. One year back it was in the range of 170. Please suggest me some natural ways to reduce it down to safe level. And what are the repercussions of high tri glycerides. Thanks

High triglycerides are risk factor for heart attacks and stroke. Avoid fatty, sugary, foods, alcohol, sodas. Do regular physical exercise and relax adequately. Your triglycerides have increased over time. Better start tab Rosuvastatin 10mg, after dinner for12 weeks, then repeat test again.

You need to start lifestyle modifications like daily excercise and dietary changes strictly like low intake of fatty meal, say no to outside or junk food .eat mainly fibrous and protein diet or dash diet.drink lot of water ,its help in fat breakdown.if you follow this ,its maintain the levels well and if you dont follow recurrence rate is high year to year ,if once problem starts.

Hi there, High triglycerides can be reduced by eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and maintaining a healthy weight. Avoid sugary foods, soft drinks, fried foods, alcohol, and refined carbohydrates like white rice and maida. Eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, pulses, and healthy fats. If they are persistently high, they can cause heart disease, stroke or inflammation of your pancreas. Please feel free to schedule a consultation for diet plan.
