REGARDING MEDICAL MEANING OF NOSEBLEED

Doctor, I initially experienced bleeding from one nostril, and after a couple of days I noticed blood from both nostrils, but only when I blow my nose forcefully. There is no spontaneous bleeding, dripping, or continuous flow of blood on its own. Could you please clarify whether this situation qualifies as true epistaxis or if it more likely suggests a small healing lesion, crusting, dryness, or a fragile blood vessel inside the nasal cavity? Additionally, could you explain the true medical meaning of a nosebleed, how doctors distinguish a genuine medical nosebleed from blood that appears only due to irritation or forceful nose blowing, and what signs should alert a patient that the condition needs medical evaluation or treatment?
