For Vit b12 i took ME 12 OD for 1 month...is it enough for 1 month or should be taken for more time...????plz check the attachment

70+ old female took Cilacar 10 , but 10 days before BP was 150/82 , doctor change the previous medicine and Prescribe Cilacar T . After 3-4 day BP was 135/70 . But after 11 days BP is 150/80. Is it normal , Please Suggest

I take rabies vaccine intradermal course in June for cat scratch ... during vaccination and after vaccination regular i smoke weed and masturbate, in December during walk in road didn't notice any scratch but some hour later I see a tiny scratch in my hand i keep thinking if any dog scratch me without notice...does that vaccine protect me,how many months that vaccine gives me protection do i take vaccine but I'm not sure it's a dog scratch or not, is that vaccine protect me for 6 months or 1 year even if i smoke or masturbate regia anyone help please

Hi From last few days I started seen blood in stool which is reduced significantly now. The blood is bright red and on stool it is not mixed. The latest stool is attached. I also observed little tolerable cramp near flank or near left side of naval but I see the pain and cramp is radiating before I get my stool. Could you please tell me what it could be. My doctor given me piles medicines.

My father's sodium value was 117 in the morning. He got admitted and sodium was given to him. After 12 hours, now his sodium is 114 . Is it possible that value decreases after giving sodium through IV?

I had high uric acid last month and took Febuxostat (Febutaz) continuously for about 30-40 days, after which my uric acid reduced to 4.7 mg/dL earlier it was 9.2. I stopped the medicine on 27 November, and after 20-25 days my uric acid has become elevated again. Why? I've been eating clean and strict diet food, completely veg protein, avoiding high purine food.
