HIV or hltv exposure

Am concerned about a possible infection risk. Here is the exact sequence of events: A person with bleeding gums while chewing tobacco handed me a 10 rupees note with some blood on it. I placed the note on a cash counter. I then washed my hands with Savlon handwash. About 5–6 minutes later, I touched the cash counter and then my house mug (possibly dry or slightly wet). About 5–6 minutes after that, I touched the mug again. About 1 minute later, I touched my mucous membrane (mouth/eye/nose). The total time from the initial note contact to mucous membrane touch was about 14–15 minutes. My concern: Could HIV, HTLV,

Routine bp meds on day when bp is normal

(This might seem common query to experts, but clearing this confusion is necessary as it is scary to develop severely low bp n hv emergency if medicine is taken without proper knowledge especially for people living alone.) 74 years. I have long term hypertension. Due to high bp frequently, doctor recently added additional dose i.e advised bp meds three times instead of two times a day. 1)On the time I m to start additional afternoon dose my bp was 117/67,76. Normal when repeated.  So, should I still initiate the prescription or start only on day when BP is on higher side? *2) In routine,  at the time when medicine dose needs to b taken if the BP measured is normal or low , should I still take the regular prescribed dose at that time or skip it for that time of dose? Is the answer same for ppl on high medicine dose & those on low dose meds! Thankful.
