Dekhiye, ECG ko properly dekhna zaroori hota hai. Sirf report dekhke bina poora context ke normal kehna sahi nahi hoga. Aap ek consultation book kar lijiye, hum detail mein check karke properly guide kar denge

Looks like normal, if you have any symptoms along with it.like palpitations, chest pain,burn etc .so we can ruled out also cardiac causes.

Heart rate and rhythm look normal, but the QTc is slightly on the higher side (451ms) - not alarming alone, but worth correlating with symptoms and any medications you're on. No immediate red flags here. Avoid QT-prolonging drugs unless prescribed; recheck if any dizziness or palpitations occur.
