ECG is normal. But more than ECG symptoms are important. A type of heart attack ( unstable angina) can occur even without any ECG changes . So symptoms, vitals and patients condition is much more important than ECG.

Dekhiye, ECG ko properly dekhna zaroori hota hai. Sirf report dekhke bina poora context ke normal kehna sahi nahi hoga. Aap ek consultation book kar lijiye, hum detail mein check karke properly guide kar denge

Heart rate and rhythm look normal, but the QTc is slightly on the higher side (451ms) - not alarming alone, but worth correlating with symptoms and any medications you're on.
