Dekhiye, ECG ko properly dekhna zaroori hota hai. Sirf report dekhke bina poora context ke normal kehna sahi nahi hoga. Aap ek consultation book kar lijiye, hum detail mein check karke properly guide kar denge

Looks like normal, if you have any symptoms along with it.like palpitations, chest pain,burn etc .so we can ruled out also cardiac causes.
