Vitamin D level in a 35 years old female is below: Sufficiency (Normal): 30 ng/mL or higher Insufficiency: 20 to 29 ng/mL Deficiency: Below 20 ng/mL Toxicity: Above 150 ng/m As your level is 9 ng/L so you are deficient in Vitamin D. Treatment is simple, i.e. take Vit D. Also Vit D helps in Calcium absorption from intestine. So take Calcium.

Hello, The level of Vit D in your blood report is very low and it needs to be corrected by proper medicines. Injection Arachitol 3L IU is a good option. (Needs a prescription from a doctor and must be given by a qualified person only. It is not for self medication) After one dose of this injection, please take Vit. D-Rise 60K sachet once a week of 8 weeks. Take this sachet with milk of after taking some fatty food, as it improves the absorption of Vit D.

Provided you are asymptomatic and other blood test reports are in the normal range, you need an oral vitamin D3 supplement. It would be better to have an in clinic medical check up along with your investigation reports. You can book an appointment with me
