Vitamin D with milk or water
My Vitamin D is very low. Doctor prescribed DRise 60000 IU. Should I have it with milk or water. My doctor did not mention anything

Hello, Its take with milk n it is not the complet TREATMENT you have to take tab bioD3 one at night with long term intermittently. Ok.

If it's capsule form then you can take it with either water or milk. But if it's tablet or sachet then take it with milk only. Tc
