Hi, I am 32 years old female. I have medium fair skin. I have a general question about daily exposure to Sunlight. Since the pandemic is keeping us indoors, so my skin/body doesn't get direct Sunrays.
I wanted to know that if I plan to go for a walk/stroll in the Sun, which time of the day should be targetted and which time should be avoided? Also how much time (in a week or in a day) in the Sun (with regular clothes on) should be enough for the required amount of
