My vitamin D is extremely low. Its like 7. Some say morning sun is better for Vitamin D and some say noon is better for Vitamin D. I want to know which time would be best for sun exposure for Vitamin D.

and Vit d3 supplements always take that with milk/ something that has fat content for better absorption( best will be milk)
