Vitamin D deficinecy
My vitamin D is extremely low. Its like 7. Some say morning sun is better for Vitamin D and some say noon is better for Vitamin D. I want to know which time would be best for sun exposure for Vitamin D.

Vitamin D level of 7 is significantly deficient—definitely needs correction. While midday sun (around 11 AM to 1 PM) is ideal for Vitamin D synthesis due to higher UVB availability, relying only on sunlight and supplements isn’t always enough. There can be underlying causes—malabsorption, liver/kidney dysfunction, or even certain medications—that prevent proper absorption or activation of Vitamin D. Also, high-dose supplementation isn’t risk-free—hypercalcemia, renal strain, and GI disturbances are just a few possible side effects. Best approach? Identify and treat the root cause, not just the number. It’s worth getting this evaluated properly—happy to help with that.

With this low level of vitamin D it is better to start on medication for deficiency. Vitamin D supplements 60,000 IU once a week with fatty meal for atleast 12 weeks needed.
