I don't know what is the problem in motion it's cuming or not cuming I don't know it's my thinking problem motion is cuming but I give pressure then it's pain what is the problem no bleeding no stomach pain nothing else except motion problem m getting tensed Abt bowel cancer

I am having pain in my left heel from last few weeks..I had taken the test of lipid profile,kidney function,uric acid,liver function ,rhemuatoid test,sugar and all are normal but still not able to identify why my heels are paining and pain goes more while walking and siting down.kindly guide me what to do..

Hello Doctor, Please read my query carefully. took my rabies booster shot in government medical. They kept the loaded syringes in an open plastic container. One ice packet was also inside the container. The plastic container was seems moist due to that ice packet. I saw one used syringe was also there. That was not insulin syringe. This type syringe actually use for RIG . Syringe was no needle. My question is if that syringe was used for someone and kept in the same container. If it had hiv infected blood inside it , how much risk for me. If the moisture mix with the blood and touch my rabies vaccine syringe needle. I am at risk ? My rabies vaccine syringe was also with a red cap. But still if water go inside it. I am very much worried. Please help !!

Hello Doctor, I have doubt in quantity of doses for intradermal route. If someone first time taking rabies vaccine. in day 0, they taking .1ml in both deltoids. Means total .2ml. If someone taking booster dose the quantity will be .1ml only in one side in day 0 or what quantity?? Please clarify it. I am confused.

In December my TSH was very low and kept on getting lower till February. From Feb end till now the TSH has now spiked severely. T4 is borderline low right now and TSH is 16. Two weeks ago it was 8. Doctor had diagnosed subacute thyroiditis. But is this spiking of TSH is two weeks normal? Should I test for Hashimoto's? Currently not on medication. Should I consult for medication?

Kindly review my blood report and advise if there are any abnormalities. I have mild chest pain that comes and goes along with tiredness. Please let me know if this is related to my report and if any treatment or further tests are required

Had bp 2023 age now 45 Male weight 133kgs ,tab ws prolometxl25  & as arm ws big no cuff fitting,so wl checkd on smart watch . Then switched to Telmisartan 40 in 2024  checked on smartphone,felt fine normal heartbeat was  95 some times 110 after walking. 2025 brought bp monitor digi on that 220.100 showed felt normal no c.pain breathless,went doc he checked 200.100 gav nicardia 20 mg said evening come?i cme 180.100 he said admit to nursing h to check,in 2.5days bp 140.80.becoz I didn't check with doc machine and was doing on watch body got used to 200.100 . God kept safe. I vwas put on telma h and metxl50 n ecospirin 75 . Pressure is flucation 160.90 and other time 130.90 or 140.90.why my pressure high  after 2 tabs .it is bcoz 1 year no check on doc machine. Also I used to do 24 mins walks 6 days a week now do 30 mins 5 days a week so walking increase but still bp this much I haven't checked latest with doc last was 3 weeks back 160.90 . will Magnesium can help much dose?

Hello Doctor, What is the quantity in ml for rabies booster dose ID? They given me .1 ml in deltoid in one side only. I mean on day 0 they gave me total .1ml. Is this right quantity? Also if someone taking first time arv ID. The quantity should be .1 in both deltoids. Total .2ml ?

Hi Doctor, My husband experienced heavy nose bleeding last Monday, after which we found that he has hypertension with a reading of 136/101 mmHg. He was prescribed Telma 40 (night) and Cilacar 10 mg (morning). He also has high uric acid and was taking Febustat 40 along with Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplements. Today, his blood pressure dropped to 108/64 mmHg. Concerned about this, we have stopped the BP medications, and he is now taking Febustat 20 mg (half tablet). We would like to understand if this drop in BP is normal after starting the medication or if it is too low. Could these medications be causing the low BP? Kindly advise on whether this is normal and if any precautions or medication adjustments are needed.

My husband is gym freak and he used to consume alto of protein for weight gain but we stopped taking protein powder and gym due to ligament tear, he lost alot of weight in one year. Is this normal or needs attention??
