It's started 3 months back suddenly at some time of day I feel very very extreme uneasy from middle of abdomen till neck and something around neck , nausea like feeling , hands and legs shaking , extreme weakness and fatigunes though I have gastric and acidity but these symptoms never showed up , i feel  like I will faint , and if one day I drink alcohol than the next day became worse chest conjetion and pain sometimes but I feel very extreme useasy around my neck don't know what that is but very uncomfortable like it will break and dizziness , I did my ecg , cbc , echo , brain mri , vitamin , mineral test ultra sound of abdomen , chest xay, liver , urine , kidney test, magnesium , d , all the test but everything came normal . Please help me wht is happy do I need to do any other test ?? some  suggested me for psychiatrist , the psychiatrist suggested me ethilam and vonoprazan for one month after that still I have symptoms suggested me d ventin 60 taken 27 days but still I have symptom

Doctor, my age 25 , unmarried , regular periods my October ultrasound showed a septated cystic lesion in the left adnexa measuring about 72 × 67 mm. Later, MRI showed a lobulated tubular cystic lesion arising from the left fallopian tube measuring approximately 7.9 × 7.4 × 5.2 cm, and the impression was haematosalpinx. My recent ultrasound dated 22 December shows a tubular cystic lesion in the left adnexa extending to the midline measuring 81 × 56 × 78 mm, reported as likely hydrosalpinx. The size seems essentially stable, and the contents appear to have changed from blood to mostly fluid. My pain is present cyclical, worse around mid-cycle, Given this stability, can we continue observation for now, or do you recommend surgery at this stage?”

Hello i have d3 deficiency for which medication are going on but after recent check up my b12 is islo reduced which is 211. which is near  boderline..so should i start taking medication for b12 also.kindly guide. Thank you.

I took 3 rabies vaccines in early May this year due to a small scratch. Now a cat has scratched me again. So do I take all 3 vaccines? Or will 2 do as boosters?

I had a cold with a running nose and watery eyes and throat irritation. Since I was travelling I took Montair LC and Azithromycin tablet but within two days I got persistent cough and congestion. I went to a chemist and the doctor there gave me Amoxicillin tablets and Montair FX. The cough got a little better so did the cold but the cough didn't go away. After a week I have got cold again with a running nose and watery eyes. But surprisingly the chest is feeling lighter. Please suggest medicine.

I feel dull ache in upper chest at both sides, and dull and short pain in  centre of the upper back, once i burp i feel relax in pain of upper chest. Also i feel discomfort in upper stomach and at the same times needs for toilet, but no pain. And soon after eating i feel discomfort in lower abdomen. My endoscopy report is normal. And shows mild antral gastrites . I have mild cervical spondalysis at c5 and c6 Kindly suggest something
