Based on what you have described, your risk is very low and the most reassuring factor is that your friend tested HIV NEGATIVE at day 51 after your encounter — at this time point, that is a highly reliable negative result. Since she was the potential source of any exposure during the brief condom break, her negative result essentially eliminates your risk from that encounter. For the second encounter with the sex worker, an intact condom provides good protection and you have no significant risk from that either. The recurring sore throat, loose stool, and mouth ulcers are nonspecific symptoms that could be caused by many common things (stress, seasonal infections, acidity) — they do not match the typical pattern or timeline of HIV seroconversion, which occurs 2-4 weeks after infection, not at 3-6 months.
Next Steps
For complete and absolute peace of mind, get your own HIV test done now — at 6 months post-exposure, a negative result is 100% conclusive. This will put all your worries to rest definitively. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
