Hi, I had light fever on Saturday so I took paracetamol.after it was normal.Then I'm suffering from cold and body pain severely.till 4 days gone I'm feeling cold and nose blocked feeling like mucus stuck between nose and throat.getting severe back pain..is back pain and cold are related?.how to get relief from mucus seems stuck in throat..

Since past few days i am experiencing light numbness in my right little finger. Recently my right thumb knuckle also pains if i try to fold my finger. Today i am experiencing sharp occassional pain in my right top chest and underarm. This pain is occuring mainly when i am trying to stretch my hand. Is it a serious issue?

Having this on tongue and dry lips. 10 days after hiv expoure. Also on Pep( got pep 12 hours after exposure). - tdf/emitracitabine + dolitegravir..

Non diabetic, no bp issue. Regular jogger since last 20 yrs. Steps abt 20K a day. Walk 30 mts after food ( 3 times a day ). Do regular stretching exercises. Inspite of this getting lot of burning sensation in feet. Subsides if use Ice pack 2-3 times a day. Normal feet sole structure. Vit D3, B12, Thyroid profile, sugar profile, Liver, lipid, kidney profile normal. Most blood parameters are normal. Kindly suggest some remedial measures. I cannot do away with my running regime. So i was sitting on Sat night and immediately i got like chills and started feeling feverish i ignored it  thinking maybe its because of the weather but in the morning when i woke up i found myself to be quite feverish it was 99.4,5 and then i took a calpol so the fever came down then again the fever rose up so i went to see a dr he said to take meds for 3 days if not relaxed then will consider tests but the next day we went to our family dr and advised us test which were cbc sgot bilirubin crp in which cbc and sgot reports are normal i got them tested on monday my sgot was 45.16 and my crp was 39 on monday so the doc said is viral only take the course of meds for 5 days its the 4 th day today and i've been told to take zedocef ivepred and dolo so till the day before yesterday i had fever in the noon time too but since yesterday i don't but yesterday and day before i had fever in night time too and the fever doesn't even subside with meds extra back pain and weakness what to do suggest

My mother creatine is 1.35 and egfr is 46 so it was high and does it needs emergency concern and how to decrease the level of creatine?

My vitamin D level is 8 ng/ml. Should i take vitamin D3 60000IU or General Vitamin D3 tablets. Even my wife's Vitamin D is 5 ng/ml. She always have body pain after doing some household work. What vitamin D dosage is right and safer to be taken

I run approx 8 km first day and 6 km 2nd day and 2 km run or 6 km brisk walking. I have done a creatinine and urine test after 01 hr running on 3 rd day. Creatinine 1.3 or some protein in urine. Is it due to heavy running.

My daughter is not speaking well .she only speaks mama and papa and imitates only simple words.she uses gestures to fulfill her needs .all other development is good. She only has language delay
