The wound appears infected (redness, swelling, pain, pus) and requires clinical evaluation. Do not restart or stop antibiotics on your own, as incomplete or inappropriate use can contribute to treatment failure and resistance. Keep the wound clean with saline, apply regular dressings, and consult a physician for possible drainage, wound culture (if indicated), and appropriate antibiotics. Seek urgent care if fever, spreading redness, or increasing pain develops.

Take tab cefi'xime and take complete course this time.Clean the pus by lightly pressing wound from sides. Clean it with some antiseptic solution, then apply povidone ointment and dress it.
For pain and swelling, take tab acelofenac 100mg one morning and one evening for 4 days, after meals.

Why you take cefixime for it without prescribed a docotor.its not appropriate for wound healing. You need to take amoxyclav.500 mg bd .dose with pantop dsr .for 5 days.
