Painful and Dried Scab on Wound

I had an injury on my leg while falling down and after stopped bleeding on my injury, I stopped caring about it and the outer layer of the wound formed a dry Scab and it has been two weeks since that event. Now accidentally that scab partially peeled which causes me severe pain than that pain I felt during the day when I got hurt. The scab is still attached and if I try to remove it causes severe pain. Can't wear even a chappal. Kindly help so that my wound heals sooner and that dry Scab completely falls away... I have attached that picture. Since I applied Mupirocin, it looks oily...

Gagging issues

Hello, For the past few months, I feel nauseous and bloated after eating, regardless of the quantity. I often feel like vomiting after meals and because of this I skip breakfast. I also have severe difficulty swallowing tablets — even half a paracetamol tablet makes me gag and feel like throwing up.

Anti TPO results

Hi, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism 2 years ago. My anti TPO was 320 at time of diagnosis, then >1300, 1-2 years ago, and latest 180 in Oct 2025. But my doc says it is good improvement on paper but doesn't help in thyroid performance. So I keep practicing the good thyroid hygiene with some hope. Doesn't the reduced levels of Anti TPO make much difference 🤔

I'm having a brain fog.

Hello Doctor, I am a 25-year-old male, weighing 77 kg. I am concerned that I may be experiencing brain fog and would like medical guidance. I notice frequent difficulty recalling things such as: Names of characters from movies or series Names of movies or series I watched recently Names of old friends or relatives Song lyrics Certain words during conversations This feels more than normal forgetfulness and is starting to affect my daily life and communication. In the past, I had low hemoglobin levels, but my most recent blood test showed hemoglobin at 15. I had consulted a doctor earlier, and I was told this could be normal; however, my symptoms have persisted, which is why I am seeking further advice. I would like to know: Could this be related to any vitamin or mineral deficiency (such as Vitamin D, B12, iron, zinc, or magnesium)? Should I consider taking any supplements? Are there specific blood tests you would recommend to diagnose the cause of these symptoms? Thank you

Do I need complete thyroid check

Hello Doctor, I am a 29-year-old male. For the last few months, I am experiencing: • Hair fall  • Mental confusion / brain fog  • Dry skin (started suddenly) I want to know: 1. Do these symptoms suggest a thyroid problem? 2. Should I do a complete thyroid test? 3. If not complete, which thyroid test is necessary first (TSH, T3, T4)? Please guide me on which tests are needed. Thank you.
