Not curing rash
I am attaching a picture of one rash. It has been present for about 60 days, and I have been on medication for 45 days, but it has not improved at all.
One doctor diagnosed it as Tinea corporis, while a homeopathy doctor said it is ringworm. I have been taking both allopathic and homeopathic treatments, but there has been no significant improvement.
The medications I have used include:
Itraconazole tablets
Antifungal soap
Dustin powder
Luliconazole cream
Homeopathic medicines
I have undergone a blood sugar test, which was normal, and a cholesterol test, which was also normal except for an elevated LDL cholesterol level.
I would like to know why the rash is not healing. Could it be due to another underlying disease? Is it related to cancer or an early sign of HIV?
I have similar rashes in other areas as well, including the groin, underarms, chest, abdomen, and thighs.
Please help me understand what might be causing this persistent condition and suggest any effective treatments medicine

Looks like fungal infection. But with the medication that you have used ( antifungals), it must have subsided by now. If it is still continuing to spread please consult with a dermatologist. Consider psoriasis as well, which needs totally a different approach

Antifungal treatment takes some time to respond. Moreover it should be continued for some time after clearance as well for clearing of fungus in deeper layers of skin. Better consult a dermatologist physically for review of your meds.

Fungal infections takes time to heal, you should keep the area of lesions clean and dry and apply the antifungal ointment three times a day,it looks like you lesions are healing as the central part of lesion is non erythematous,please keep applying you ointment it will help you,for more details please consult me,thank you

Its fungal infection and its not gone by own.you need to take medicine and ointment for this otherwise its spread more.apply candid cream on affected area ,3 times a day.please consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.

It’s tinea only . It’s not due to cancer or hiv . You need to change a bit of your medications for that please connect and contact .
