Key Findings from the Reports Vitamin D Deficiency Elevated C-Reactive Protein Low Random Blood Glucose Mildly Elevated Liver Enzymes Immediate General Advice • Diet and Hydration- give her small, frequent meals instead of large ones. Ensure she stays hydrated with fluids like coconut water, ORS, or fresh juices •Rest •Do not give any random pain relievers or antibiotics without a formal prescription, as her liver enzymes are already slightly elevated.
Next Steps
The high CRP level and fluctuating symptoms require proper clinical correlation to find the exact source of inflammation or infection.

Crp increase means any inflammation or ongoing inflammation present there, liver enzymes also slightly deranged ,that's why she feel nausea like symptoms. Next investigations for followup is cbc also needed for any ongoing infection present or not?? Go for cbc test and share results.
