You have high sgot, sgpt and hba1c. Cur down sugar and fats in your diet. Avoid alcohol. Do regular physical exercise. For fatty liver grade 3, start tab Rosuvastatin 10mg daily after dinner  for 8 to 12 weeks, then repeat ultrasound.

"A diagnosis of Grade 3 Fatty Liver (Hepatic Steatosis) at age 30 indicates a severe accumulation of fat within the liver cells, which has started to impair its metabolic functions. Since your LFT showed no improvement over the last month, it suggests that the underlying 'Metabolic Insult'—likely due to diet, sedentary lifestyle, or insulin resistance—is still active. Clinically, Grade 3 is the final stage before potential liver scarring (Cirrhosis) begins, so immediate intervention is required to reverse the fat accumulation while the liver still has its regenerative capacity
Next Steps
Zero Sugar & Refined Carbs: This is the most critical step. Fructose (found in cold drinks and sweets) and refined flour (Maida) are directly converted into liver fat. Switch entirely to whole grains and high-protein meals . Weight Loss Target: Aim to lose 7–10% of your current body weight over the next 6 months. This has been clinically proven to reverse even advanced stages of fatty liver. Avoid 'Liver Detox' Supplements: Stay away from unverified herbal 'detox' pills, as they can often put more strain on a Grade 3 liver.

Please go for a proper consultation for further evaluation. A detailed history and examination are needed to understand your symptoms correctly. Without this, it’s difficult to give the right treatment. Kindly bring any previous reports or prescriptions.
