Blood test report analysis- Advice
I recently had a comprehensive blood test and have attached my report. I would like a doctor to review the report as a whole and advise me on the abnormal findings and what I should do next. Could you please tell me which findings are clinically significant, whether anything needs treatment or further testing, and what should be my next steps?

Your vitamin D is quite low at 10.4, and your cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides are mildly raised. Your ALT and ALP liver enzymes are also a bit high, and your testosterone is on the lower side for your age. Kidney function, blood sugar, haemoglobin and the urine test are all normal, which is reassuring.
Next Steps
A general physician can guide the right vitamin D dose for you and recheck it after a few months. For the lipids and liver enzymes, cutting back on fried food and alcohol and repeating the test in 2 to 3 months usually helps; if they stay high, further workup may be needed. Please see an endocrinologist about the low testosterone.
Health Tips
The raised lymphocyte percentage and platelet size on your CBC are usually not significant alone, but mention them to your doctor along with the rest of the report.
