My husband has been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. He has no other health problems and we would prefer to try natural treatments and maintain a nutritious diet rather than depending on medicines. Can a doctor tell us what is the home remedy for high blood pressure?

Maintain 150minutes of brisk walking or other forms of exercise per week.
Avoid fast foods, prepackaged foods.
Reduce salt in daily food consumed.
If this doesn't work its better to start medicines
