Blood pressure 130/90
I am 29 year old female... Doctor checked my blood pressure it was 130/90... Is it normal... doctor told nothing to worry.. I am not under any medication..

The normal BP is within the range of 120/80 but it can vary in individuals according to the time of checking and the activity level ..so 130/90 is nothing to be alarmed about. However I would suggest that u check ur bp every 10 days once for maybe 2-3 months.. record the readings and of it on the higher side please consult a physician who will treat u accordingly

Recheck bp for 2 months every 10 days and record it- visit physician if persistently on the higher side
