Your TSH and liver results are separate issues, not one causing the other. Your TSH is mildly above the upper limit, which usually points to subclinical hypothyroidism and on its own doesn't raise liver enzymes. The real concern is your liver panel. Your ALT and AST are both more than double the upper limit, your ALP is raised too, and your bilirubin is a little high. Your protein, albumin, globulin and thyroid hormones T3 and T4 are all normal. This combination usually points to fatty liver, alcohol use or a medication effect rather than a thyroid cause.
Next Steps
Please see a physician or hepatologist to repeat the liver panel and get a liver ultrasound. Raised ALT, AST and ALP together are usually from fatty liver, alcohol or a medicine, and the test will guide what's needed next.
Health Tips
See your physician soon, since the liver values are meaningfully elevated.
